D2: Weekly reset for May 28th

Gamer-reviewer Dychronic runs us through the  Destiny 2 weekly reset (Tuesday, May 28th, 2019 at 10 AM PST / 1 PM EST). He immediately reminds us that this is the last week of Season 6: Season of the Drifter ... and recommends that players put on the after-burners if they have any outstanding season-related stuff still left to do.

Dychronic also notes that Bungie has posted new information on their website WRT the Season of Opulence, including a new Menagerie trailer.

The Nightfalls for this weekly reset are: "Warden of Nothing" (Warden's Law hand cannon), "The Insight Terminus" (The Long Goodbye sniper rifle), and "The Arms Dealer" (Tilt Fuse exotic sparrow).

For Vanguard Strikes, the Heroic modifier for this week will be Solar Singe (Solar damage increases slightly from all sources). The Dailies are Iron (Enemies have more health and are not staggered by damage), and Brawler (Melee abilities deal more damage and recharge much faster).

The Flashpoint this week will take place on Io, the innermost of the four Galilean moons of the planet Jupiter. Otherwise, The Dreaming City is in its 2nd of three curse phases, and its curse state is on the rise. Meanwhile on Mars, the Escalation Protocol reward this week is the Ikelos Shotgun ... one of the best in the game, according to Dychronic.

Eververse: Good Doggo emote

Eververse vendor Tess Everis is having an end-of-season sale, and has a number of goodies available, including the universally appealing Good Doggo emote (who doesn't love dogs?) ... as well as a couple of weapon ornaments: Dread From Below for Telesto, and The Panama Ravine for Chaperone.

Benedict 99-40 is likely getting an upgrade next week, and may hand out bounties, perhaps not unlike the Xûr invitation bounties ... but we will have to wait until June 4th to find out.
