D2: Updates, interviews & Shadowkeep news

Houndish video: Aug. 28th
Based on some players' faux pas of accidentally bulk-deleting all of their Enhancement Cores ... bungie's Deej has stated (not yet confirmed) that, come Shadowkeep, these 'accidents' should no longer happen, since Enhancement Cores will only be dismantled individually (at least, that's the plan).

Next week's reset on September 3rd will see the start of the Mars Community Challenge (progress-tracking on social media only), and a D2 update (2.5.2.2), which includes updates to Reckoning and Gambit Prime reward rate tuning, Reckoning difficulty tuning, Mountaintop and Wendigo quest adjustments, Braytech Schematic quality-of-life tuning, and a few other bug fixes.

Season of Undying is Destiny 2: Shadowkeep's first season content offering and, according to Deej, "The community will begin Season of Undying, similar to the way that the curse was unleashed on the Dreaming City with the completion of Last Wish." Although Shadowkeep will launch on Tuesday, October 1st, the raid will follow on Saturday, October 5th.

Nightfalls appear to be targeted for revamping, with three separate difficulty levels to choose from: Adept (860 power), Hero (920 power), and Legend (950 power). Obviously the higher your difficulty level, the better the rewards.

Another interesting Shadowkeep activity will be the Nightmare Hunts, and while Bungie isn't allowing any spoilers, this activity may be similar to dungeon-style play. Check out the following videos and article/interviews for many more reveals and D2's way forward.
