Here are the Confessions lore jar locations — not in number order, but rather in "discovery" order, according to Datto's video.
CROWN OF SORROW RAID
The first glowing jar is located behind the 2nd statue on the right side of the room that you spawn into (Confessions lore book entry # 4).
The next glowing jar is found after the first encounter. Before entering the next area, head off to the far right side of this room. The jar is located next to a pillar (Confessions lore book entry # 6).
The next jar can be found after the jumping puzzle. Jump up and onto a narrow ledge on the right side of the room, as high as you can go. Run along the ledge (to the right) until you come to a corner. Then look left to see the glowing jar (Confessions lore book entry # 7).
The final jar in the raid is located in the boss room, up on the statue of Calus. Jump up and onto the statue's left shoulder, and then carefully jump (drop) down to the statue's left "pinky" finger to find the glowing jar (Confessions lore book entry # 8).
THE MENAGERIE
The first glowing jar in the Menagerie is in the "lamp lighting" arena, in the very centre of the room, on top of a pile of ... treasure (Confessions lore book entry # 1).
The next jar is in the "hunted" arena. Starting from the centre of the arena, face the direction where you rally the flag. Go up the stairs and make a left turn. Once you've reached the "plate," enter the area at left and find the glowing jar near the left wall (Confessions lore book entry # 2).
The next jar is in the "gauntlet" arena. Off to the far right side is a giant pillar. The glowing jar is located just to the left side of the pillar's base (Confessions lore book entry # 5).
The next jar in the Menagerie is located in the "theatre" boss room. When facing the stage, look to the left wall, and jump up onto the platform to find the glowing jar (Confessions lore book entry # 3).
The final jar is located in the Lord Saladin tribute hall, behind the large gong, up on the ledge (Confessions lore book entry # 9).
