Number 5  ☛  The BYGONES legendary kinetic pulse rifle, and it's a tie with its cousin, the INAUGURAL ADDRESS legendary void energy pulse rifle (arc energy in year 1), both at 390 RPM.

Number 4  ☛  The KINDLED ORCHID legendary void energy hand cannon. This weapon features the Rampage and Kill Clips perks, and these perks can be applied at the same time!

Number 3  ☛  It's another tie. The CHATTERING BONE and NIGHTSHADE legendary kinetic pulse rifles, both clocking in a 450 RPM.

Number 2  ☛  THE RECLUSE legendary void energy submachine gun. Shredder ... 'nuff said!

Number 1  ☛  According to Dychronic, for the last two seasons it's the outrageous duo: the MIDNIGHT COUP and SPARE RATIONS legendary kinetic hand cannons. The latter seems to edge out the former. Why? Check out the video!
