Hilarious! ... and awesome!! Note that Dychronic had his Borderlands 3 character at a 30+ level for this demo. That said, this Moze character build relies on the principle of dramatically dropping your character health, in favour of hugely increasing your gun damage. And also adding solid shield protection. The two perks involved are "Thin Red Line" and "Desperate Measures."
